Our effort has earned, we prepare our self about 12 midnight for the event at 1 am we move going to the site of that event, we wait for 7 hours, standing, before the walk start but we didn’t feel the hardship, it passed like a minutes for us who excited to participate, all brethren are happy, shouting for joy, proud to walk for Yolanda/Haiyan victim.
We walk for 1.6 km, I feel pain in my legs, but despite of pain and sleepless we are still happy and overwhelm because it’s not worthless, we earned, we are in history, we are in the Guinness Books, most of all we help the Typhoon Victim.

A Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) World Wide Walk in the Philippine put in Guinness Books of Records as a “Largest Charity Walk” in a single venue, a final counts of 175,409 in a single venue. this world wide walk that called by Church Administration was held around the World simultaneously in 27 countries, 85 cities in the Philippines, in 13 time zones, last Feb. 15, 2014, it’s for the benefits of the victim of Yolanda/Haiyan that strike the Philippines last Dec. 2013 and other Countries. Before the title was successfully achieved by INC, the title holder of the said category is Singapore Press Holdings Limited which organized The Paper Big Walk 2000 which was participated by 77,500 participants on May 21, 2000. The said walk aims to promote Healthy living in Singapore and proceeds of the walk went to education, sports and charity organization.
Another record of Worldwide Walk The "Largest Charity Walk" in 24 Hours in Multiple Venues in Thirteen
(13) time zones, 54 countries, 519, 521 participants that the previous record was set by Canada involving 231,635 participants who
walked for a minimum of 1 kilometer (.62 miles) at 1,011 different
locations around Canada on October 2, 2007. This INC Worldwide Walk is under the program of Kabayan ko Kapatid
ko (My Brethren, My Countrymen) of Iglesia in Cristo, (Church of Christ).
Looking Back, the Church already broke 3 Guinness book of record, such as (1) 8,026 blood pressure reading in 8 hours, (2) 4,128 dental health checks up patient in 8 hours, (3) 5,217 blood glucose level tests taken in 8 hours, 3,023 in Tondo Manila Phil.
The Iglesia ni Cristo event “Worldwide Walk” to help the victim of typhoon Yolanda/Haiyan. This is for the Glory of God.
