First, In making a change in Attitude on buying, you have to recognize the problem, ask your-self, "Why I can’t control myself when I’m in the Mall, sound like I want to buy all things” Once you know the problem, make a plan on how to solve your problem.
Second. Its need a strong desire, you should control yourself, don’t wait to fall and become a fugitive of Credit Card Company, do something before it's too late.
Here are some suggestion how we can control our self from impulsive buying.
Credit cards
1, Don’t buy the things if you didn't need it, think it twice before you make a move and ask yourself, do I need it? If not, leave the place immediately.
2. If you have two or more credit cards, close the others, maintain one only, and settle first your last purchase before you use it again. Credit card can certainly be convenient but it can be dangerous too, when it comes to impulsive buying.
3. Don’t bring your credit card if you have no plan to buy something, so, if you happened to pass at the mall, you will not attract to buy. It’s not wrong to have a credit card but you should use it wisely, it’s become problem if you use it excessively, no one will help you, even the credit card company, but yourself only.
4. Make a list if you go to grocery or department store. List the more important things to buy. Purchase only what on the list, sometimes we fall into the trap on buying when we a hungry and buying more than we need, the list will help you to control your spending.
5. Try to shop on line, it can also help you to control your spending, rather than, go to the mall where there is a temptation to buy. In online shop you have also a time to think or decide, if you will buy your choose or not, according to your need.
6. Before spending a lot of money on your purchase discuss it first to your husband, or family member, ask their opinion, they can help you decide whether it not or wise to purchase such things.
