This is the life of bodyguard, how they use in business and for protection from bad element, how to become a bodyguard. What is the bodyguard today?

 

He is awake while everybody are sleeping, when everybody is awoke, he still awake. That why they fall asleep if there is a time even in duty time. This is the life of bodyguard but this situation never saw by the people who downgraded the bodyguard, what they saw is when the bodyguard sleeping while they are waiting for their VIP. 

 

What is Bodyguard? this a people or person who work to protect the life of the person who hired him, they are bullet catcher in bodyguard term, they are the one who catch the bullet intended to their VIP, by the way, what is VIP?  it’s means, a "Very Important Person" in the life of bodyguard, their boss.

 

The life and work of bodyguard are not simple they spent 90 percent of their life in their work, when they go home their family are sleeping already, when they leave the house their family are still sleeping, that is, if they have time to go home, if not, sometimes their family who are the one goes to their work site. sometime they can’t attend to their child activities and celebration.

 

Several bodyguard left by their family because of emotional distress, their wife feel the feeling of negligence, and abandonment, so, they choose to separate from his husband than to understand the work of them, it is hard to the person to keep away from their love one but they must sacrifice this love for their safety. 

 

Their work cover all aspect of job, they do, messengerial, for the safety of merchandise, they are the one who should deliver it from their VIP, they could be a driver, assistant, secretary, houseboy, helper, whatever their VIP ask them to do.

 

Their life was always in danger, their enemy knows them but the bodyguard didn’t know their enemy when to strike, they are just waiting, it’s a lucky day if they got home alive in that day.

 

In business bodyguard is a big help, they protect the businessman from bad worker, from business rival, protect company property and interest and also the job of the employee.

 

If the businessman kidnap, his company might fall because the kidnapper will ask for ransom, if the company has no enough resources to get the money, the owner will sacrifice the company just to save the VIP.

 

Bodyguard also prevented the kidnaper to get company VIP, because they don’t want problem, kidnaper also want a hassle free operation so they will choose the target who is easy to get, those without body guard, than to those who has a bodyguard that can fight and delayed their operation.

 

In the old day bodyguard is just a sidekick of VIP, a hoodlum type, big body built and look like a bull dog ready to bite who ever hurt to his master. But now its high paying job and high paying requirement to become a bodyguard, and the word "bodyguard" was obsolete.

 

Now a day, its called "Protection agent", a professional job, because it has a license to practice, you have to spend 14 thousand pesos just to train and get a license, plus the requirement that you have to get to be able to qualified to get a license this is now a legal work not like the old days the requirement is hoodlum type look and big body build, this kind of bodyguard is illegal, its call private army. No license, no papers. Unless you are a Police or Soldier. But if you are a civilian and want to practice body-guarding you have to pass the exam, to be a Bodyguard or Protection agent.
 

Here how to become a protection agent. (This for Philippines only)

• Prepare your money; estimate cost less than 20 thousand pesos.

• Complete all your papers, like birth cert, bio data, school papers (should be collage graduate) and other clearances

• Proceed to any protection agent training center and apply for training, it take 120 hours of training, included theory, defensive tactics and combat shooting, after this you will take general examination, if you pass the exam, you will graduate.

• Bring all your papers to the PNP civil security group office for the license processing,

• After you get your license, go to any security agency and apply for protection agent.

 

There is a lot of bad element who is ready to harm people but the one willing to protect others is a few, Businessman and person whose in fear can’t freely move if there no someone who can gave him assurance that he is protected.

 

We should not judge the bodyguard because we saw them, just standing, waiting, sitting or sleeping while on duty despite of their high enough salary and privilege, their life is their capital, just one click if the enemy hit them everything will gone.
