Stress, Our Everyday Problem, how to fight it?



Stress, is a physical. Chemical or emotion factor that cause bodily or mental tension and may be a factor in disease causation.

Every day of life has causing us stress, in work, in home, in school, emotionally and physically, a broken romance, financial disaster and death of loved one are serious social stressors, even positive experience, the emotion connected with stressful times such as anger, frustration joy, grief fear happiness embarrassment are source of psychological stress certain occupation are perceived to be inherently stressful.

We are assaulted by stress every day, I been experiencing it almost every day, it so stressful to wait that you don’t know what are you waiting for, thanks to the game install in my phone I use this to relieved my stress but there is really a time that you can’t resist the stress. It reflects to your body action and soon become your habit every time you feel stress. There is no cure for stress there are some medicine but it’s for comforter only after the effect has gone, stress still there.

One time I got a backache it’s so painful so, we decide to go to the doctor,  at the doctor, after check up, and laboratory exam the doctor found nothing so, he conclude that it was a stress, he give me a pain reliever to subside my backache.

There are symptoms of stress induced illness, such as nervousness; sweating, trembling, fatigue, faintness, headache, neck pain and back ache also a life threatening heart attack.

There is something we can do to reduce the inevitable deleterious impact of stress on our body.
  • We must recognized it early, learn to listen to our body and the body signal such as headache, abdominal pain and indigestion, ignoring this symptoms can be dangerous, accept the possibility that it is a stress related, when you feel the tension begin to build, step back mentally take a deep breath and relax, cool down.
  • Balance diet, take nutritious food, help you body to cope with stress.  
  • Aerobic exercise jogging, cycling or swimming, toning the muscles, strengthening the cardiovascular system and calming the nerves 
  • Adequate rest and sleep.
  • Friends can be a big help, a listening ear or shoulder to lean on, give hope to face life.
  • Trust God accompanied by prayer and worship can provide a relief from the anxieties and burden of life.
It’s a serious problem today, recognition, and acceptance and approached is the best tools to cope stress.
