Why someone wants to be a Leader? there are many reason, such as,

He want power, he want to help other, he want to lead other, there something that they want, he want money in easy way, many other reason, including the good and wrong motive.

What benefit that the leader will get. Power and wealth if you are selfish leader, respect and honor if you are good leader. Bad or good are both beneficial that’s why many people want to be a leader even they have no capacity to be a leader.

What is a leader; of course we know what is leader, someone that leads a group, someone who have a group under his command, like the President of the country.
