This coming summer season many people will spend their time on vacation to the province, especially on the beaches, we should be aware for summer diseases that may occur because of heat of the sun. avoid the time 10-3 pm where the heat of the sun are so intense, it cause skin diseases if you stay longer under the sun on that time.
There are 6 common diseases that can be happen to us, so, we must watch it. This are included, sunburn, sore eyes, skin diseases, flu, stomach ailments, and rabies.

Those who going to swim on sea or pool beware of Skin diseases like Swimmer's itch, also called cercarial dermatitis, is a skin rash caused by an allergic reaction to infection with certain parasites of birds and mammals. These microscopic parasites are released from infected snails that swim in fresh and salt water, such as lakes, ponds, and oceans used for swimming and wading. Infection is found throughout the world. Swimmer's itch generally occurs during summer months. It’s better to take a bath before and after plunging into the sea or pool.
Not taking a bath because of Inadequate water in time of dry season can also cause skin problems. Cleanliness is the best defense against skin diseases.

Flu, short for Influenza, commonly known as the "flu," is an extremely contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza A or B viruses. The flu virus attacks the body by spreading through the upper and/or lower respiratory tract. Flu symptoms such as colds and cough are common during this summer because of unsteady weather condition that sometimes its rains. Cough and colds easily spreads even during the summer month’s people specially the child and Senior citizens are advised to get vaccinated against influenza for flu prevention.
Because of the spreading of the corona-virus that infects the respiratory system, those who are feeling sick must stay home and always cover the nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing. Health officials advised.
Beware of street food that came out in time of summer these may be contaminated or have spoiled faster because of the warm weather temperature. That may causes such as “Vomiting and diarrhea" two of many stomach ailment this summer.
Vomiting Causes:
Viruses, bacteria, food poisoning, alcohol, stress and/or pregnancy.
First aid, Let your stomach rest. Refrain from eating or drinking until you feel better (two to four hours). Then start with tiny sips of clear fluids that are not carbonated (e.g., flat ginger ale, 7-Up or Gatorade) for another few hours. Rest until you feel better.
Diarrhea a Frequent and watery bowel movements:
Causes: Viruses, bacteria, food poisoning, stress and/or specific food sensitivities
First aid, Drink clear fluids and limit your foods to Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast. Avoid over-the-counter medications and let the illness run its course. If symptoms persist, try Imodium AD.
When summer some dogs and cat are roaming around the street, they can accidentally bite people and infect rabies. Rabies infections from dog or cat bites are potentially fatal diseases. Keep away from them. If you are a dog owner Make sure your dogs are vaccinated against rabies, take care of your dog to avoid problem to you and to others. Go to Vet. Doctor if someone got bite bites by dog or cat for proper treatment and rabies vaccination.
Prevention is the best medicine.
